How do I clean my MADCAP Shot Rejector?

MADCAP shot rejectors are machine washable at regular temperature using a mild detergent.  To dry, lay flat for best results or tumble dry low at gentlest setting.

When washing and drying, clip your carabiners together.

What do I do if a bungee breaks?

While you shouldn’t have a problem with bungees breaking, if one does, we will gladly send you a new one.  We may ask for a picture so that we can discover the issue and make sure it doesn’t happen again.

Yes! We have a 1 year limited warranty that covers any manufacturer defects, just reach out to us at madcaplacrosse@mail.com. Please keep in mind, this warranty does not cover normal wear and tear.
